A Morning Prayer for Doubt
Waking up with more questions than answers doesn't disqualify you — it makes you honest.
God, I'm wrestling again today. Faith feels like holding water in my hands. But I choose to bring my doubt to You instead of running from You. Be bigger than my questions. Show up in the gaps between what I believe and what I struggle to. I'm still here. That has to count.
Honest doubt in God's presence is more faithful than fake certainty. Keep wrestling — He's not letting go. Amen.
When to pray this
Doubt is not the opposite of faith; indifference is. The fact that you are still asking the question, still bringing it to God rather than walking away quietly, is itself a kind of faith. Honest doubt prayed out loud has always been welcome.
