Membership Subscriptions

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our membership. If you join and are not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact us at team@anchorco.io and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your membership at any time from your member dashboard — no phone call or email required.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You retain full member access until that date.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period after the 30-day guarantee window has passed.
• Annual subscriptions are not refunded after the 30-day window, but you may cancel to prevent the next annual renewal.

Auto-Renewal Reminder

Subscriptions renew automatically. Annual plans renew with advance email notice. If you do not wish to renew, cancel before your renewal date. Your renewal date is always visible in your member dashboard.

Digital Products (One-Time Downloads)

Digital products — including prayer journals, guides, templates, and downloadable files — are delivered immediately upon payment. Because these files are instantly accessible and cannot be "returned," all digital product sales are final.

Exception — technical issues: If you are unable to access or download your purchase due to a technical problem on our end, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it or issue a refund.

Exception — not as described: If a product is materially different from its description on our site, contact us and we will work to make it right, up to and including a full refund at our discretion.

Personalized Gifts (Anchor Co Gifts)

Personalized ornaments

• Each ornament is made to order with the names and dates you type, so we can't accept returns or refunds for change of mind, or for spelling you entered at checkout.
• Typos:your confirmation email repeats your text. Reply right away and we will correct it at no charge, as long as it hasn't gone to print yet.
• Damaged, defective or misprinted:email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will send a free replacement or refund you in full, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.
• Lost in the mail: if tracking shows no delivery 10 business days after it ships, tell us and we will reship or refund.
• Cancellation: you can cancel for a full refund until the ornament goes to print. Reply to your order email.
• Christmas delivery: orders placed by the order-by date shown on the product page (December 5, or December 3 for photo ornaments with the photo uploaded by then) are made and shipped in time for standard US delivery before December 25. If one of those orders still arrives after December 25, we will refund it in full on request.

Digital downloads (such as the Christmas planner)

Digital files are final sale, as described above. If a file won't open or download, contact us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you.

Custom pet portraits

Your portrait is AI-assisted artwork made from your photo and checked by us before delivery. If you don't love it, reply within 7 days of delivery and we will redo it once; if the redo still isn't right, we will refund you in full.

Amazon-Linked Products

Products purchased through Amazon links on our site are fulfilled by Amazon and subject to Amazon's Return Policy. Contact Amazon directly for returns, refunds, or order issues on those purchases.
