Who We Are

Anchor Co is a brand of Isaiah 41 LLC. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website or purchase our products.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

• Contact information: Name and email address when you subscribe to our newsletter, submit a prayer request, or make a purchase.
• Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
• Usage data: Anonymous analytics about how you interact with our website to help us improve your experience.
• Chat assistant:The chat widget on this site is Anchor Chat, our own product, served from anchorcoai.com. If you use it, your name and phone number (if you provide them) and the messages you type are stored so we can answer you and improve the assistant. Please don’t share sensitive information in chat.

Gift Orders

When you buy from Anchor Co Gifts we receive your name, email, shipping address and the personalization text you type; Stripe handles your card and we never see or store card numbers. To make and ship your order we share the personalization, your shipping name and address with our print partner (Printify and its US print providers). If your order uses a photo, the photo is stored privately, used only to make your item, and deleted automatically within 120 days of your order. Pet portrait photos are processed by our portrait studio and image generation providers to create the artwork.

You can ask us to delete your photo, personalization and contact details at any time by emailing team@anchorco.io with the subject “Delete my data” and your order number. We delete what we hold within 30 days. Payment and order records that tax and accounting law require us to keep (held by Stripe and Printify) are retained for the legally required period and used for nothing else.

How We Use Your Information

• If you check “keep me updated” on our Stripe checkout page and leave without finishing, to send one email with a link back to your saved cart (unsubscribe link included)

Your Rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in every message. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email us at team@anchorco.io; we’ll respond within the time required by law and may verify your identity first.

We do not sell your personal information.For California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, and correct your information and to opt out of its sale or sharing — and because we don’t sell or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to opt out of. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Cookies and Analytics

We use a first-party cookie (acw_consent_v2, kept 180 days) to remember your choice about analytics and the chat assistant. Microsoft Clarity may set its own cookies once allowed, as described below. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal: when your browser sends it, no analytics loads and no new analytics cookies are set. You can withdraw your choice at any time: withdraw analytics consent— this takes effect immediately: it tells Microsoft Clarity to delete its own cookies and end your session right away, and the record of your choice itself is kept for up to 180 days before you may be asked again. In the rare case Clarity is blocked or does not receive that signal (for example, by a browser extension), any cookies it already set simply expire on their own under Microsoft's retention schedule, which we do not control. You can also disable cookies in your browser, though parts of our site may not work as expected if you do.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Vercel for hosting, Printify for printing and shipping gift orders, Microsoft Clarity for analytics (once allowed, per the section above), and may use email delivery services. Each has their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.
