A Bedtime Prayer for Freedom
You've spent years in a cage with an unlocked door — tonight you walk out.
God, I've been free on paper but imprisoned in my mind. Old traumas. Old patterns. Old agreements with lies. Tonight I break every invisible chain. I declare freedom over my thought life, my habits, and my future. What You have freed, no one and nothing can re-chain.
The prison door has been open this whole time — tonight you finally realize it. Walk free. Amen.
When to pray this
Some chains are circumstances and some are patterns you have carried so long they feel like personality. Freedom usually comes in stages rather than all at once, and each stage is worth asking for.
