A Morning Prayer for Trust
You can't control today — but you can trust the One who can.
God, I'm stepping into a day full of unknowns and I hate unknowns. But You've never been surprised by anything in my life. Train my heart to default to trust instead of panic. Every time I want to grip tighter, remind me that open hands receive more than clenched fists.
Trust isn't blind — it's informed by a God who has never once failed you. Step forward boldly. Amen.
When to pray this
Trust is hardest when you cannot see the outcome and have no ability to influence it. This prayer does not ask you to feel certain; it asks you to keep holding on while you do not.
