God, I've been glorifying busyness and burning out calling it productivity. Teach me Your rhythm of work and rest. Show me that my value isn't measured by my output. Give me permission to slow down today without guilt. I trust that rest is as holy as effort.
Rest isn't quitting — it's reloading. God rested on the seventh day and He's inviting you to do the same. Amen.
When to pray this
Rest is not laziness and it is not a reward you earn after everything is finished — it will never all be finished. Treat it as something you were designed to need, and pray your way into actually taking it.
