God, I've been swallowing my truth to keep the peace and it's eating me alive. Give me courage to speak honestly. Courage to set boundaries without guilt. Courage to disappoint people if it means being faithful to myself and to You. Bold, kind, immovable courage.
Courage isn't loud — sometimes it's the quiet decision to finally speak your truth. Amen.
