The first Christmas after a loss is hard in a quiet, specific way: the empty chair, the stocking nobody fills. A memorial ornament gives a family somewhere to put that feeling, and a way to keep the person part of the tree.
What to write
Most families choose the name they used for the person (Dad, Grandma Jo, or a full name) and the years of their life, for example 1948 – 2025. Our Christmas in Heaven ornament prints the words CHRISTMAS IN HEAVEN above the name.
If you aren't sure of the exact years, the name alone with the current year is still beautiful.
How to give it
Give it early in December, before the tree goes up, so it can be part of decorating. A short handwritten note that names the person ('I've been thinking about your mom') means more than any words printed on a card.
If you are sending it, ship it directly to them and let them know it is coming, so it doesn't arrive as a surprise on a hard day.
Timing
Order by December 5 for US delivery before Christmas. If something arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you, your choice.
Sold by Isaiah 41 LLC (Anchor Co). See our refund policy.
